Rustic Roots Aesthetics relocates in Trinity to improve client accessibility and experience

Trinity, Florida – September 16, 2026 – Rustic Roots Aesthetics has relocated to a new location in Trinity, Florida, as the locally owned business continues to build its presence in the community.

The move, which became effective September 1, was driven primarily by a desire to make the experience easier and more comfortable for clients.

Rustic Roots had previously operated from a salon-suite setting in Trinity. While the location allowed co-owners Shawn Francisco and Lauren Singleton to establish the business and begin building a local client base, parking and accessibility became recurring concerns. Clients also sometimes had difficulty identifying the business from outside because exterior signage reflected the larger salon-suite facility rather than Rustic Roots itself.

“We really wanted to improve the experience from the moment someone arrives,” Singleton said. “Parking and finding the right location should not be the stressful part of coming in for an appointment.”

The new executive-office setting offers more convenient parking, improved visibility from the street, direct business signage, and a quieter atmosphere.

For Francisco and Singleton, that quieter setting was also an important part of the decision.

Rustic Roots was created around the idea that clients should feel comfortable, listened to, and never rushed through the experience. Francisco is a registered nurse and healthcare administrator, while Singleton worked in healthcare administration before earning her aesthetics license.

Their shared background helped shape an approach that emphasizes individualized attention, thoughtful recommendations, client education, and a calm, unhurried environment.

“We wanted a space that felt a little more professional and a little more peaceful,” Singleton said. “Some clients want to talk during their appointment, and some just want an hour to themselves. We want both to feel completely comfortable here.”

Rustic Roots Aesthetics opened in February and has since participated in a number of community events throughout the Trinity area. Singleton said those events have helped generate new clients and repeat business, while referrals from existing clients have also become an important source of growth.

The company has also begun hearing from other local businesses and community organizations interested in partnerships and upcoming events.

Francisco and Singleton said they plan to remain focused on serving clients themselves for the immediate future rather than expanding the team too quickly. Longer term, however, they envision continued growth, additional staff, and eventually a dedicated storefront with multiple treatment spaces.

An open house at the new location is also being planned for early October, with additional details expected to be announced soon.

For now, the focus is on settling into the new space and continuing to build relationships in Trinity.

“We’ve had a really good response from the community,” Singleton said. “We’re excited about where we are now and hopeful about what comes next.”
