Two seasoned executives join Pacaso’s leadership team to accelerate marketing reach and expand the company’s global acquisitions and capital markets strategy
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Pacaso, the leading real estate co-ownership company for second homes, today announced two additions to its executive leadership team: Laura Vestal has joined as Vice President of Marketing, and Myles Phillips has joined as Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets. The appointments strengthen Pacaso’s leadership bench as the company continues to scale its co-ownership model across top second-home markets worldwide.

“Laura and Myles bring exactly the kind of expertise Pacaso needs as we enter our next phase of growth,” said Austin Allison, CEO and Co-Founder of Pacaso. “Laura has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing, AI-native brand and marketing organizations, and Myles brings deep capital markets and acquisitions expertise from some of the most respected institutions in real estate. Together, they give us the horsepower to grow smarter and faster.”
Laura Vestal, Vice President of Marketing
Vestal joins Pacaso with more than a decade of experience building and scaling marketing organizations for high-growth companies. She most recently served as Head of Marketing at DOOR (formerly Latch), where she led the brand through its transformation from Latch to DOOR, introducing a new brand identity, bringing new products to market and building a stronger foundation for growth. Prior to DOOR, Vestal served as Head of Marketing at Founders Fund-backed Invisibly, where she oversaw brand positioning, paid and organic growth, retention and communications. Her background spans both client- and agency-side marketing work with Fortune 500 brands. Vestal holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
“I was drawn to the idea at the center of Pacaso: helping people spend more time in the places they love, with the people they love,” said Vestal. “The team has built something remarkable. Owners here have what a second home was always meant to give, without the weight of whole-home ownership. That is the standard Pacaso set for the category, and I look forward to building the brand and marketing strategy that carries it into this next phase of growth.”
At Pacaso, Vestal is spearheading a brand-led approach to growth. A key priority is bringing the owner experience to life consistently across every touchpoint to create cohesion and build trust. Since joining the company, she has begun designing an AI-native marketing approach that connects brand, data and the owner experience as Pacaso’s global footprint expands.
Myles Phillips, Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets
Phillips brings more than 12 years of institutional real estate experience to Pacaso. He began his career in investment banking at UBS before moving into real estate private equity at GI Partners. Most recently, he spent more than five years at Tishman Speyer, one of the largest owner-operators of real estate globally, where he worked on high-priority firm initiatives across capital markets and acquisitions, including the refinancing of Rockefeller Center and the launch of the firm’s alternative residential platform.
“Pacaso is applying an institutional level of rigor to a fragmented sector that has historically lacked it,” said Phillips. “I’m excited to bring my background in real estate investment to help scale that approach and accelerate the platform’s global expansion.”
Since joining Pacaso, Phillips has focused on driving acquisitions, both deepening the company’s presence in existing markets and expanding into new U.S. and international destinations. He is also advancing efforts to unlock new financing solutions and position Pacaso’s capital structure for sustainable growth.
About Pacaso
Co-founded in 2020 by Austin Allison and Spencer Rascoff, Pacaso® makes it possible to co-own a home in more than 40 destinations around the world — a home that’s truly yours, fully managed, and sized to the share you’ll actually use. Each Pacaso home is owned by its co-owners through a property-specific LLC. Owners hold a real interest in one specific home, with no fixed weeks and the ability to sell their share. Pacaso handles the buying, upkeep, and scheduling, so owners can focus on what matters: the rituals and memories a second home is meant to hold. In 2026, Pacaso introduced Infinity by Pacaso™, an invitation-only home exchange for a curated group of owners, giving them access to swap stays across a growing network of extraordinary homes in destinations like St. Barths, Tuscany, and Paris.
