EmpactX Inc. combines a Bitcoin mining equipment ownership program, an affiliate platform that records commission settlements on a public ledger, and the MPX token under its “Blockchain Life” platform.
Miami, FL October 26, 2026 –(PR.com)– EmpactX Inc., headquartered in Miami, today outlined the operating model behind its “Blockchain Life” platform: three connected operations — EmpactX Mining, the MPX token and the EmpactX Global affiliate platform — incorporating equipment ownership, blockchain settlement and publicly available information.
EmpactX developed its mining, equipment and affiliate operations prior to this announcement. These include a mining operation with machines in a commercial facility, an equipment program with purchase agreements and identified owners, and an affiliate platform that settles on-chain.
Affiliate Distribution, Settled On-Chain
EmpactX Global is an affiliate distribution platform that uses blockchain-based settlement. According to the company, the platform processes commission settlements without relying on banks or credit card processors. Commissions are calculated on qualifying product sales, scheduled for daily settlement following administrative review, and recorded on a public ledger.
The same infrastructure is available to outside token sponsors through EmpactX Whitelabel licensing. Program Operators can establish a branded affiliate program under their own name and existing token, configure their compensation structure and settlement schedule, and retain custody of their funds. According to EmpactX, the company does not custody licensee or participant funds or tokens. Licensing is offered in Starter, Growth and Scale tiers at $499, $699 and $999 per month, hosted by EmpactX by default, with self-hosted deployment available at the Scale tier.
Bitcoin Mining Equipment Ownership Program
EmpactX Mining, a division of EmpactX Inc., offers a financing program for individually owned Bitcoin mining equipment. Under the program’s stated terms, purchasers take title to a specific machine, identified by serial number, upon making their down payment. The arrangement is structured as equipment ownership rather than a lease, mining pool interest or hashrate contract. The financed balance is repaid from the machine’s actual mining production under the terms of the purchase agreement. Repayment depends on mining output, which can fluctuate and is not guaranteed.
The program’s featured unit, the liquid-cooled Antminer S21 XP Hydro, is rated at 473 TH/s and 12 J/TH and is offered at a purchase price of $3,750 with a $1,000 down payment. According to EmpactX, units are installed at a commercial data center in Nebraska and operated, monitored and maintained by EmpactX Mining. The equipment agreements specify how mining output, if any, is allocated while a financed balance remains and after that balance has been repaid. Owners receive monthly statements detailing machine operation and recorded production.
MPX Token and Contract Information
MPX, issued by Empactus AI LLC and operated by EmpactX Inc., is a token on the Base network with an MPX/USDC trading pair. According to the company, the token has a fixed total supply of 550,000,000 tokens, contract ownership has been renounced, and additional minting is disabled. The contract address, supply, tokenomics, liquidity information and risk disclosures are published on the company’s website.
The company also identifies an MPX/USDC Uniswap v2 liquidity pool on Base, referred to as the EmpactX Earning Pool. The pool operates through publicly accessible smart contracts, and participants interact with it through their own wallets. EmpactX states that it does not custody, control or operate the pool. Participation in decentralized liquidity pools involves market, liquidity and smart-contract risks.
Leadership Perspective
“We built the company around the token, not the token around a launch,” said Craig Shawn Williamson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EmpactX Inc. “Every part of EmpactX — the machines, the settlement layer and the contract — is designed so a person can verify it for themselves rather than take our word for it. The people we serve read contracts and pool depth before they act. We would rather lose a sale to a disclosure than win one without it. That is what Blockchain Life means to us.”
